Item bug: Devourer Enchanment

Ok so i noticed that there is a bug int he tool tip for pretty much the devourer enchantment on every jungle item except for skirmishers blade, pretty much the bug is that when u look at the item in the shop it will say 50% attack speed 40 on hit, but once i put it and the item is in my inventory the tooltip changes to "40% attack speed and 10% cdr", this is specifically for the ranger's trailblazer. Each one of the jungle items has a different tool tip for the description of this enchantment once it is bought and in the players inventory. I dont think that the stats change even though the tool tip does. But just look into it please and fix it. Also lmk if anyone else is seeing this or if its just me. Thanks!
