[GAMEPLAY] Never earned a Hextech Chest
Beyond the free chest that riot gave to ever summoner when they first introduced the idea, I have NEVER gotten a Hextech Chest after either earning an S rank (have two champs with that so far) or someone in my premade party earning an S rank. I know there are many others out there experiencing this problem as well and it really needs to be addressed. I have screenshots. I am earning plenty of key fragments though. (Currently have 4 keys)
