Missing particles / weapons (Kassadin) in specator mode

Today I noticed Kassadin's weapon disappears after hitting rewind in spectator mode. It stays that way the entire game. I believe it affects all skins. A quick EDIT... once his Nether Blade passive kicks in his weapon reappears.

Many skins and champions suffer from the rewind bug, some of which have been bugged for quite sometime. I have put a list together and a possible way to fix this annoying little issue.

Arclight Varus - Golden light emanating from his bow disappears after rewinding.

Morgana - Some skins lose the shadow/blight effect under her feet after rewinding and her Ghost Bride skin suffers the same fate with her unique smokey orb particles.

Ziggs - I am not sure how many skins suffer from this bug, but his bombs on auto-attacks, Q, W and E vanish after rewinding at a certain point.

I am sure I am missing one or two, but I figured since the critters around the map reset every time you rewind, how about doing the same for champions and skins with particle effects?
