Lux E visual bug

I just went against a Lux in URF and I couldn't see her e flying out or where it landed, but i can see the image distortion of where the e is going, just not the bubble thingy. But I just tried to look at it in a custom and it was fine when I was playing her. Don't know if this is a bug or just my computer?

its not just happenign with lux. its happening with all skill shots right now.

ive seen it happening on a chogath q in an aram. and ive seen some other reports of invisible skillshots from various champs.
