An Ally in Champion Select Dodged, However I Received a Queue Delay

At the very last second, as in the clock was literally at 0 of champion select before loading into the game, one of my teammates dodged in champion select. I received an error message that said something like I failed to load into the game and to restart the client. The game never started, I lost 3lp, and got the 5 minute queue delay. I don't really care about the lp or anything, just wanted to report it.
