league points bugged?

I will describe my issue as simple as possible... yesterday I was 0 lp bronze 1 and lost a game so it should stay 0 lp but actually I went -3 league points and you know that there is no minus or negative numbers for league points it's between 0 and 100 but I was actually -3,then I played more game and I won +19 lp and went 16 lp,and then I won 2 more games and it was winning streak of 3 and went to 58 lp but now I log into my account and I see that I have now 48 lp so how is that happening? can you please explain why or fix that issue for me and I would be very grateful. thank you for listening.
