I maybe late for this or....I don't know, but the mission as above says so, it's not working. I have waited for a day for it to pop up, but it didn't. Any of this happened to other players on NA? Which Watch and Earn 3 mission did not appear? I'm worried.

I asked on twitter and they said it takes about 3 days for Watch and Earn to refresh. I went onto the LoL Esports website and found that W&E 2 was in fact waiting in my rewards section despite not appearing client side. My advice would be to keep an eye on the Esports site and maybe put some vods on in the background every so often, if the mission completes from the website then you will get the rewards in client and the mission will appear in your completed list.
