Ranked Game Crash, New Server Issue? Lost half my league points!!!

Ok, so I had heard about the new server going up after I jumped into a league game, so I'm not sure if this had anything to do with it.

I hopped on ranked, first 10 or so minutes were fine, until I got ganked mid. As soon as I interacted with an enemy champion my screen froze, I lost control of my champion, my sound shut off, and I started to lag uncontrollably. I had to exit out to restart the client but my team decided to surrender before I could hop back on. We lost because both me and my teammate were having technical issues. I lost half my ranked points!!!

Any help or way to give me my points back with a change of the match to "loss Prevented" would be great. It isn't my fault you guys decided to roll out a new server into ranked.
