Loading Screen stuck at a 100%

Ever since the new loading screen came, I've been having problems to load into the game. It happened 3 times in just 1 day. First game I picked the champion that I wanted to play, the game was loading and it got to a 100% but it was already 6 minutes in which isn't normal, I got an afk punishment for that. The 2nd game my team was forced to remake and the 3rd one had the 1st game scenario. I'm really not the type of a person who would ruin someones game but this bug or whatever it is keeps happening not just in summoners rift draft, but in aram, urf and so on. Please help!
