Have you tried reinstalling the game + adobe AIR? Since this issue doesn't happen for everyone, it is most likely at least partially on your end. It could be countless things... an outdated video card driver, a registry error, a corrupted/missing resource file, a failed patch...

There is no need to get confrontational... Surely you don't expect a Riot employee to come to your house and physically inspect your computer for every possible cause of the problem. It's fine to post the issue and I am sure they or other posters will help resolve it if they are able, but there is no need to be rude...
