Tibbers glitched by Tahm

While playing Tahm in a aram we were going against a Annie ... She threw down Tibbers I tried to eat him he would glitch out and then wouldn't die when he was at 1 hp. I think trying to eat Tibbers with is bugged or some thing cause when i tried to eat him my W would go on cool down.
