[GAMEPLAY] Bug with Relic Shield

OK was playing Thresh with Blood moon Skin. Was unable to execute a minion.

Late game I tested this with a Malphite in the area, if i kill the Minion the health is given and the gold is distributed but it never executed a minion if it was below 400 health.

not going to include a reproduce instructions cause all you have to do is attack the minion. :) but will say it happened from start of game.
