Client Crash During Ranked Champ Select

The League client freezes and eventually crashes whenever it is my turn to ban during a ranked champion select. Interestingly, this only happens once every time I restart my computer, and after it is triggered once my client no longer freezes until I turn my computer off and back on. This is very upsetting as you can imagine, as it results in me dodging ranked games, resulting in loss of LP and promo losses. I'm not sure how to fix this, but was wondering if anyone had a similar problem. Thank you.
