Ezreal Rising spell force tool tip

I was checking out Ezreal's rework information under the collections tab on the client, rising spell force doesnt load, and shows "Ezreal gains increasing attack speed each time he successfully hits a spell, stacking up to @MaxStacks@ times."

1. Click on collection tab in client
2. Select Marksmen from drop down on left hand side.
3. Select Ezreal
4. Click on P "Rising Spell force"
5. Image show spinning circle
6. Text reads as above.

I have done this 5 different times now in client, it is still loading incorrectly.
