Club Tag Randomly Changed?

So, our club (Seal Cub Clubbing Club) had the tag "isis" for the longest time. In the past 24 hours, something odd happened, and the tag randomly changed to "78a2", which I do not understand. I am assuming it is some bug where a code got randomly generated. But, I don't understand how this could possibly happen. Hopefully, Riot can come out and say this is a bug, or attempt to give the tag back. Wonder if this has happened to any other clubs either
