J4 Possible Bug
Not sure if there were changes to Jarvan but now his E Q combo doesn't knock up jungle camps. It made the jungle phase a little harder since he tanks more autos now.

Not only that, we don't get resistance debuff from CC anymore. Camps beat the sh*t out of you now.
