client stop at 10%~12% loading screen

the loading screen stops at 10% or 12% ( once the tip disapear and the "VS" word appear ), this thing happened to me more than once and i find no fix on internet, i restarted pc, restarted internet router same thing, i notice that the same tip appear everytime i try to reconnect to the game even i closed the lol client many times and reopened, please try to help coz i got already the 10mins wait because of afk and its not my fault. i disabled antivirus firewall, my net is more than fine.. this bug happens kinda random, if anyone experience the same thing and solve it please share ur experience because it hurt when i am in a ranked game. the error msg that appear at 10~12% is : please check your network connection ....

can anyone from administrators redirect this topic to a section where it get some attention, or guide me what to do to know what is this coming from

iam really considering leaveing league for good, coz this just happened to me again.. and go the fucken afk ban AGAIN...... this is pure bullshit and frustrating as fuck.....................................................
