Katarina bug that should be looked at ASAP

So I am a Katarina main, and for me, it is highly frustrating when i cannot recall, Q or R my enemy team. I noticed this started happening just after Kat's passive got a rework (maybe earlier for some players). This i have noticed has been posted by other summoners, and this is getting annoying. I can't even play my main champ anymore. When I use my R for the first time in the game, this is when the bug occurs. There may be another way of triggering it, but I have no clue whatsoever.

I actually had the same problem in my last match but mine occurred after fiora stopped my ult with her ult... At least thats how it seemed to have started

First game i didnt have this issue, but second one i did. Maybe has something to do with stun/snare? Was playing against Annie. Had a friend in a later game witht he same issue, but he fixed it by restarted the program and rejoining the game.

Well....that's the balance. Katarina should be able to use her ultimate only once in the whole match. :P

That would separate good and bad Katarina players. If you have just one time to use your ult, than use it wisely. ;)

This is the longest standing bug I have ever known about in league history and I have been complaining about it for about 6 months and it has existed over a year.

This affects MANY champs ( Xerath Varus Sion Katarina to name a few

anyone with a channeled ability like lotus for Kat or piercing arrow for Varus etc. Sometimes when you get CC'd and die during the channel (it's hard to pin down exactly the trigger effect.) but it is definitely related to channeled abilities. Your Q and R get bugged and you can no longer cast them. Dying again does not reset this the only fix I know of is to relog which can cost you the game.

If you search for Q and R bugged you will find posts on this for every champion with channeled abilities going back month and months and months. I have posted again and again trying to bring attention to this but the individual posts never seem to get enough upvote momentum to get really looked at. I don't know how to make a bigger deal out of this. RIOT FIGURE THIS OUT!

I'm just going to keep pasting this in every thread I see mentioning the same problem until i get answers lol.
