[CLIENT] Lagging out in champion select (Dynamic queue)

During champion select, i will sometimes lag out. During that lag, I will see the timer reaching zero and not moving on for either banning or picking champs. This results in me being unable to pick/ban a champion thus getting kicked out. I then get a leaver penalty and lose some LP if it's ranked. I've even gotten a loss in a series because of that.

As for frequency, it can happen two games in a row or not at all for a couple of games. Also, I've experienced that problem on two different computers and with two different internet provider. So far, i haven't seen any pattern.
