Game Starts Minimized and Won't Maxamize

Hey Guys, Some annoying problem came up and now I can't play anymore. When I try to join a game whether it is normal, training or ranked the loading screen always become minimize. When I try to click on it it will display the screen for a second then it will minimize again. I can hear the background noise as well as the announcements in the background but I won't be able to open the game and play it. Anyone experiencing the same issue? I already dug through the riot support page and looked online and I can't find a solution. Please help! -Thanks
