loading screen bug

Started a ranked game and made it past champ select, but wouldnt load in. I lost Lp and was placed in leaverbuster, but the notification of the problems appears. Feelsbadman that you guys are punishing me for something that is on your end. Any information is awesome just like riot. I care more about the leaverbuster than the lp i can get that back in one game, just dont want to sit and wait 10 minutes to get into a game
