Keys Sometimes Not Working, Restart Fixes

Recently, when I've started any game, there's been an issue where sometimes, with no Settings changes, my keys will not work at the beginning of the game. Quitting the game and reconnecting, however, fixes the issue. The only things I can think of that are affecting this are Discord, where I have push-to-talk attached to my right-ALT key, and I have a second screen that I use while the loading screen is on.

The first time this happened, I think the Ctrl+Q worked instead of Q, and restarting switched them back.
