[CLIENT] Game not patching (Error Code 003)

I went idle on the client and came back an hour later to find this error message. I did the only thing i could do and press "okay" but the message kept reappearing for a few more times. Then the client prompted me with a message saying that it was due for automatic update and the client restarted. Now every time I attempt to log in, it just keeps bringing up that error code 003 and wont let me into the client.
