[GAMEPLAY] Fizz's Playful/Trickster glitched out

I experienced the inability to use Playful/Trickster {E} playing Fizz in one of my games today. It was a minor bug, but during an important fight at dragon, I was trying to E out of things, and noticed that the skill was grayed out. I kept mashing my E key, but to no avail, I couldn't Playful/Trickster. As far as I could tell, the other team did not have any silences, or had me under any CC during this point. I died, and when I respawned I tested it out. I still couldn't E until I went into the jungle and used my other abilities. There, it then refreshed and everything was okay. Even though it's minor, it really made an affect on the team fight at hand, and I don't want that to happen to other players.
