Kayn E+Q Bug

Hey there, the bug I fund is about my main champion, Kayn, and I've been impaired quite a bit cause of it, the bug I'm talking about is wend right about Kayn exiting a wall with his E using the Q ability, the damage and the Q ability overall doesn't get used, but the cooldown does, that is, I don't get the ability or the damage off, but the cooldown does act like the ability gets used, that's a quite big thing wend jungling, if u can I would like to see if that's just me or if it's a bug that can be fixed, and if it's not asking too much, I would like to get a feedback to see I was helpful in any way, thank you for your time.
