Afking in a game that is already over has little effect on game quality. Your argument is entirely invalid.
If this is the intended behaviour, I'm really disappointed in the devs. I already had my game ruined by someone, and now I get punished for leaving a (worse-than) 4v5 game with hours of waiting. I really hope it was a case of someone hacking to mess with leaverbuster or something, I'd be really amazed if a real human with a brain would ever think that this should be the outcome of afk'ing an inted game.
