[crash] on game loading screen after 4.19 patch

After champion select, the game starts to load and then freezes. It does this even if I do not alt-tab, it will freeze on some arbitrary percentage at load. It has done this consistently for 3 games I've played today. The first game I killed the game and tried to reconnect, where it crashed again. I killed both the game and launcher, then re-logged in and was able to re-connect. The second two games it crashed on the initial load, and I did not alt tab. I was able to close the game client and kill the game launcher, then re-log in and get back to the game both times.
