Why is my Caitlyn item page censored?

When I try to name my Caitlyn item page "Caitlyn ADC" it censors the letters "cai"... So my item page title is "***tlyn ADC".

Is there any way to fix this? It's not a big deal, just mildly annoying.

I mean you could just rename it to ADC.

Oddly enough, I tried to recreate this bug. I was able to make that page with no deletion of letters. However, when I tried it again in allcaps, writing "CAITLYN ADC" it was forcibly renamed to "CAITLYN ADC (1)" with no duplicate page. Deleting the "(1)" and pressing enter caused it to be immediately replaced, and I was only able to get it to stop by changing the rune page I was currently on and returning.
