Problem with The Thank You Gift from Riot

I don't necessarily know how to report to riot about this weird bug. But I'll tell it here in the comments in case anyone is having the same problem. I already owned both kayle and her riot skin, so I knew I would receive a mystery gift along with the new summoner icon. I have received my Thank you reward on 9/19/2016 however I only received my mystery skin (which was Frosted Janna) but I didn't receive the the new summoner icon (poro gift). I don't know if it was a glitch or something I had to re-login for. I have already logged in more than once and the icon has still never shown up. I went to sleep and decided to wait to see it will come about the next morning. I logged in but I still haven't seen the icon. I went to to the purchase history on my account and it did say that the frosted Janna was given to me for free. So I dont know whats going on. There are a few people I've seen having this similar problem some of them received the icon but not the mystery skin (since they already owned kayle) and vice versa to my problem, if anyone knows how to fix this problem, possibly riot forgot to give me my poro icon or there's been some sort of bug or glitch about this. I just don't know. hope to get help about this soon.
