Xerath Q bug (only for me idk why)

Everytime I cast the Q my ping gets high as crazy as its charging ... my ping is normally 100 when I cast the Q it gets higher and higher... images:

I've had this bug for months but I ignored it because I thought that it was a global bug that would be fixed in the next patches but I asked other players if they had the same problem and none of them had the same problem so it's only my problem I don't know how so can you please check what's wrong with my account if it's the problem.
