[GAMEPLAY]Garen Q Bug on nexus

I found that if you're standing near the enemy nexus and activate Q (decisive strike), It stop to attack, pressing right click or with move/attack does nothing.

How to re-create: -Pick . -Destroy Inihibitors and nexus tower. -Stand near nexus and press q. -Try to hit nexus.

Every time i play Garen i have this problem. sometime it land the Q but 90% of the time doesn't
