Low priority queue bug [CLIENT]

I left the game at loading screen and got low priority queue for 5 games. I played 2 games so i had 3 games left with the punishment. On the 3rd game, I waited 20 min, got into champ select and an enemy didnt pick a champ, but somehow it was ME who got punished for ''not selecting champ'' even though it wasnt even my turn to pick''. So i waited 5 min for ''dodging'' and then i had to wait 20 minutes AGAIN. You could at least reduce the remaining low priority queue games from 3 to 2. So i had to wait 50 min just to play a game.
