Rammus E bug

Out of the hour long game I played with Rammus idk what was causing it or exactly when it wouldn't work and would work but for most of the time my e would not work. I would spam it nonstop. I even did it sometimes when just roaming around to see if it would work. On the rare occasion it would work during a teamfight.
