When I hover over other people's names, the profile preview's background art is the same as mine. This is for everyone on my friends list, and I know it's not because they set the same one. (I asked.) This is also occurring for the people I asked.
Same, it's kinda annoying. I tried repairing the client but it doesn't seem to really work.

Same thing happens to me. When I put a bug report in, Riot didn't respond and removed any record I put a report in. I don't think Riot cares about this issue, as long as they sell more Thresh skins.
