Azir E Interaction With Multiple Soldiers [GAMEPLAY]

While playing Azir I have come across what I believe to be a bug with Azir's E interaction while having multiple soldiers. While having a soldier already out, I have W'd another soldier significantly closer to my character and then attempted to E to the closer soldier, while instead I dashed to the farther soldier. This has happened three times to me today. It may be a product of lag and the soldier is not actually summon yet while I am attempting to dash, but each time I have seen the animation play for the soldier being summoned and have still dashed to the farther soldier.
