Need help with this bug

So i got my brother into League for the first time made him a new account and everything which all work well but then when he started to play on it i guess it wipe out all my game settings since the new account was defaulted to a different rez for the screen and all it setting and i had no idea it would do that but no biggy i said to my self. Since once he was finnish i can just re fix my setting back to how they where but here the kicker when i went to do that a few things where off first the size of the chat words to talk to players and my name in game where SUPER small like in this picture you can see my skill words are ok size but the team chat is way smaller. Before someone says did you try to move the chat size thing up in the settings yes i did it on 100% as you can see on top of that i even uninstall LoL hoping a fresh clean install would fix it and nope it did not also in the picture you can see my Emotes are super way off where there suppose to be this also started to happen after my chat issues started. Any help with this would be great.
