Tahm Kemch bug

Tahm Kemch use the Devour(W) to eat the someone skill will just be cooldown. I can not threw up until Devour time over.And in the game. When Tahm Kemch is in the my team, he learnd the ult.my teammate ult monitor when Tahm kemch use the ult still is light.
