Client Stays on Loading Screen While Character Ban starts in Draft pick [Client]

This is the 3rd time it's happened to me and has led me to a short ban for "abandoning a recent game"

I have no control and wouldn't have abandoned the game if the client was stuck on the load screen.

it doesn't happen all that often but, often enough that I want to report it as a bug. I really don't have a step-by-step of reproducing the bug as it doesn't happen all that often. It only happens when I have just accepted a game.
