Cannot connect to games.

Not certain if this is a bug, but for all of 8.19, 8.18, and some of 8.17 I cannot connect to games no matter what. I get through champ select and into the loading screen and that's where I get stuck, despite showing everybody at 100% loaded. I've tried many thi gs to resolve this issue, like reinstalling, repatching, repairing the files, fiddling with DNS and firewall settings, amd everything in the hextech repair tool. I'm really at a loss as for what I'm supposed to do.

Yes yes, and right after this bug is a 20 mins queuing penalty from leaver burster to our face. Again and again, like Hey dude why dont u just uninstall this game!?

Riot i couldnt connect lasta game becouse the game didnt loading i and couldnt connect.i feel so sorry for thata i left my teammates but there was connection problem and i had wifi to my pc.i just wabt ti restore my lp and dont leavebuster me.Thank you!!
