Can't load game after pre-patch.

For some reason I can not now load the game after champion selection. It just stays black screen and repeatedly ask to retry or cancel. And just for clarification it is not my internet. I was listening to music and streaming at the time and afterwards checked my service as well online everything is fine.

What is happening? And how can I fix it? Additional note; I was in my promotional games for an advance which sucks so damn much that I get a free loss for a bug or something.
