Graves hack?

I just played a game against a graves and he was using E after every single attack. Is this possible or a bug or hack? i literally mean dashing like 3 times in a 5 sec time frame

its a confirmed bug, but riot still hasn't disabled graves, kinda like the yasuo bug, but on larger scale
