[Client] Not receiving level up rewards

I've just leveled up to level 32 and I didn't receive any rewards even after re logging many times

Likewise, hit level 40 today and no level up reward/capsule.

Oh, it's not just me. I reached lvl 37 a while ago and didn't get anything for it even though I got something for all the levels up to 36. Also made a thread on the matter.

I logged in just to comment.. this just happened to me as well 36>37. I got a chest at the same time because I got an S on a champ I don't play Teemo but didn't get a level capsule or blue essence.

Same I leveled up and got nothing for it and just today I got an honor capsule notification but I didn't get the capsule.

Same thing happened to me when i leveled up from 37 to 38 and when my friend looked at my account said i was still level 37 so i played another game then logged cause nothing changed and never got it.
