All augment slots are locked!

I've played Odyssey up to onslaught. I have 34 Augments and zero open augment slots. none of them have unlocked. I cant see a mission screen anywhere to check my mission completion but I've definitely completed some that should unlock augment slots. I'm aware there's been a similar bug but a lot of people are saying its resolved? I'm playing on NA Servers I've tried re-installing. Any help would be greatly appreciated i cant beat onslaught with no augments equipped and its driving me nuts... Ohh i should mention i tried replaying the modes by clicking the blast off title cause i didnt do that the first time.
