Don't know why but my game since the latest patch always freezes in bettween 5-10 min mark I have to ctrl+alt+del to shut it and then reconnect, worse than that is that most times my champion doesn't go to base, it simply stands still while I'm disconnected....please help....

there is an issue with this since the day new patch came. There have also been multiple threads explaining what the issue is. No one has a PC problem, its something wrong with the new patch that affected a part of the community.
Thing is, that RIOT has not responded to this after so much time. Not even inform us that they will look into it.

Ya im having the same issue and reported it day 1.... it is interesting how they aren't even responding though.

Still happening. Three of our guys disconnected at the red buff in two flex premade 5s. Only the first counted as a loss prevented...
