[GAMEPLAY] Viktor Hexcore upgrade

upon aquiring the Siphon Power upgrade (taen 2nd) I had pushed to enemy tower going strong, killed a minion with the siphon power (q) then went to attack tower, proc'd the 2ndary on hit effect on tower, everytme hit tower for next several hits, backed off realizing this was not meant to be.

Provides a problem because this is a lot of free damage against the towers viktor was not meant to recieve
