Dodge Penalty Poro King

I was captain of my poro king team and we had just finished banning; as I went to select my champion I found that none of my champions were actually there for me to select. It wasn't that I couldn't click on them - it's that not a single champion was actually present on my screen. Quite annoyed by this. Has it happened to anyone else?

yes this has been happening to me all day and some of yesterday. Im not going to play anymore since im up to a 15 MINUTE UNDESERVED PENALTY NOW. I reinstalled lol to try to fix it but ugh its riot again
