[GAMEPLAY] Self-Activated Thunderlord's Keystone

During recent games with the keystone mastery Thunderlord's Decree active, I have noticed that when using abilities that can shield another champion or yourself can trigger the Thunderlord's to activate on yourself, and trigger the cooldown. I mostly notice this with champions such as Lux and her W ability. When Thunderlord's is at its activation point (3 ability hits on a champion causes activation), using Lux's W ability will trigger the Thunderlord's on herself once the shield comes back to her. I could not really tell if it did any damage since the shield was obviously active and a lot was going on, but I did notice that it triggered the cooldown. I have also noticed this with Karma's E, where casting it on yourself or using her R ability, and then her E ability on another champion when Thunderlord's is ready to activate will cause it to trigger on whoever the ability was cast on.
