Game randomly Disconnects

since the last 2 Patches (8.20 and 8.21) I am having random disconnects ingame.. It shows me the attemting to reconnect field and after around 10-15 sec its working fine again.. it happens around 1 or 2 times per game randomly with no context to a champion or wont occur for 1 or 2 games. It happens in all game modes and i checked my connection and there are no problems. A friend of mine has the same issue and he lives in a different place. Youtube Twitch etc. is working fine when i have the dc and i can also continue talking in leaguevoice and my teammates still hear me.

Anyone else has this problem? Maybe someone has a solution..

It would likely be worth it to download and run the Hextech Repair Tool. This will scan your connection settings, make firewall exceptions, check your installation, etc. It can fix quite a wide variety of issues.

Should the repair tool not help you, then it will likely be worth it to check out the Connection Issues Troubleshooting Guide by Riot Support. It goes over common problems and their solutions one at a time.

Worst case scenerio, if you tried everything and you still are having issues, you can always send in a Support Ticket, and someone in Riot can look at it and help you figure out the problem.

Important: Before you send in a ticket, make sure to run the Hextech Repair Tool to gather logs, then attach those logs to the ticket. This drastically increases the chance they can help, as it gives them all the relevant info they need about your system and your connection.
