The "Recently played" list cannot be seen in the NA client
I'm not sure if this is intentional or a bug across all clients (excluding PBE, which I've taken a screenshot of for comparison).
This player list, usually found below the General friend list group, is no longer visible.

On the PBE, however, it's still there, despite being updated to the upcoming patch 9.14.
