[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench cannot eat one ally the whole game

I played a game yesterday as Tahm Kench and around 10 minutes in I realized I couldn't W my jungler Lee Sin. This bug has persisted for the whole game. I could eat every other ally without any problem. I can post the replay of the game, but the bug is not very obvious (you can see me running after him doing nothing instead of Wing him). This has never happened to me before so I don't know how to reproduce it.
